Who We Are Prior CPA who, since 1994, delivers job cost accounting consulting, training videos, and several support products developed to meet client needs. We work only with QuickBooks desktop (Pro, Premier, Pro Plus, Premier Plus, and Enterprise). (We don’t offer bookkeeping services or tax work so do NOT complete with CPA or bookkeeping firms).
What We Do Job costing provides construction & manufacturing clients critical info to improve their profits. E.g., They can: 1. Compare estimated vs. actual job costs to see how to improve operations and pricing 2. Identify niche opportunities so they can specialize and increase pricing 3. Learn fully-burdened EE costs to establish profitable billing rates
Who We Serve Construction, Manufacturing, & Service companies looking to create job cost reporting (basic or advanced levels) + user-friendly standard financials. Clients are typically in the $1M to $10M revenue range and use QuickBooks desktop (Pro, Premier, Pro Plus, Premier Plus, and Enterprise). We also offer 90+ hours of online training videos.
